Compensation: $17.50 p/h paid training to start after training starting rate is $18.75 +
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Dispatcher/ Customer Service Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding & directing drivers to locations, taking accurate information over the phone, assisting customers with all inquiries & releases at our office location and will play an important role in our organization's success.
Responsibilities:
• Answer all incoming calls, make outgoing calls to customers & clients, entering information into the software program, conduct vehicle releases & audits following very specific protocol.
• There is repetitive standing and walking at times from the office to the yard. Must be able to lift, push or pull 50+lbs
• Must be able to write, read & communicate clearly on the phone, in writing and on the radio.
• Multitasking & organizational skills are imperative! Typing & computer skills required.
Please be sure to have reliable transportation, ability to work weekends & holidays.
**All new hires are subject to a 7-day probationary period to assess job performance, attendance, and overall fit for the position**
4 DAY POSITION- Friday & Saturday 4pm-12am Monday & Tuesday 12am-8am
Training for this position is M-F 8am-4pm, after training is complete you will shift to the regular schedule.
