We are currently seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a full-time manufacturing opportunity with a company looking for candidates who have hands-on experience in manufacturing, construction, assembly, fabrication, or similar production environments.
Candidates must be comfortable using hand and power tools and have experience reading and using a tape measure.
Position Overview
Employees will support manufacturing operations through production, assembly, fabrication, machine support, material handling, and general labor duties. Training is provided; however, candidates should possess a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn new skills.
Responsibilities
• Assist with manufacturing, production, and fabrication operations
• Support assembly and packaging processes
• Operate or assist machine operators as assigned
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Read and utilize tape measurements accurately
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company safety and quality standards
• Cross-train in multiple departments and production areas
• Perform general labor tasks as needed
Qualifications
• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, assembly, fabrication, machine operation, or other hands-on industrial environments
• Experience in framing, carpentry, drywall installation, roofing, electrical work, plumbing, or general construction is highly desirable
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to learn new skills and rotate between tasks as needed
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity
