Shamah Properties is seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our growing multifamily real estate team.
This position combines acquisitions, underwriting, asset onboarding, and ongoing asset performance tracking. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, entrepreneurial, and able to think critically
in a fast-paced enviorment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Underwrite and analyze multifamily acquisition opportunities
- Work with brokers, lenders, and interested equity partners
- Analyze emerging markets and investment opportunities
- Assist with sourcing new acquisition opportunities
- Support due diligence, contract, financing, and closing processes
- Coordinate onboarding of newly acquired assets into company systems and operations
- Track property performance post-closing including budgets, cash flow, leasing, and operational metrics
- Assist with budget reviews, financial analysis, and portfolio reporting
- Support asset management and operational initiatives across the portfolio
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management, finance, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Multifamily real estate experience a plus
This position offers direct exposure to acquisitions, operations, asset management, and senior leadership within a vertically integrated multifamily real estate company. Strong long-term growth opportunity for the right individual.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
