Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting & HR Admin to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and provide essential HR administrative support. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing top talent, coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and support both candidates and employees will help Razorback LLC build a strong, compliant, and people-focused workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job openings and manage applicant tracking
- Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely candidate communication
- Actively source talent and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Maintain accurate employee records and process HR changes
- Serve as backup for payroll processing during HR Manager’s absence
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR policy guidance
- Support ad hoc HR projects and administrative functions
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting and HR administration
- Proven success in high-volume recruiting across multiple departments
- Strong familiarity with PEO & HRIS platforms
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate pipelines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bilingual is highly valued and considered a strong asset
