About the Opportunity We are currently seeking experienced CNC Swiss professionals to join our precision manufacturing team. We are looking for talented individuals at various career stages-from skilled Operators to advanced Setup Machinists and CNC Programmers. These roles support our high-end Citizen Swiss work centers and are critical to our production of complex, high-tolerance components.
Shifts & Compensation We offer two distinct shift options to accommodate different schedules. Please note that the 2nd shift includes a significant pay premium.
- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM (15% Shift Differential included)
Available Roles & Requirements
1. Swiss Operator ($25 - $30/hr)
- Experience: 2-4 years of CNC experience.
- Role: Independently operate Citizen Swiss machines, perform tool offset adjustments, and monitor tool wear.
- Skills: Proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T basics, and in-process inspection documentation.
2. Swiss Setup Machinist ($30 - $40/hr)
- Experience: 4-7 years of experience.
- Role: Responsible for full machine setups (tooling, fixturing, offsets) and proving out programs.
- Skills: Strong G-code fundamentals and the ability to optimize feeds, speeds, and cycle times. Experience mentoring junior operators is a plus.
3. Swiss Programmer/Machinist ($30 - $40+/hr)
- Experience: 7-10+ years of experience.
- Role: Develop and edit CNC programs for complex components using CAM software (Mastercam, Esprit, etc.).
- Skills: Advanced GD&T interpretation and the ability to troubleshoot complex programming issues on the shop floor.
General Qualifications
- Direct experience with Citizen Swiss machines is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of machining speeds, feeds, and tooling basics.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Background in precision manufacturing (Medical Device experience is an advantage).
