The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large operations organizations, driving strategic transformation initiatives, overseeing global delivery models, and leading complex investment operations across alternative asset classes.
Position: Head of Operations – Vice President
Location: New York / New Jersey (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the operational strategy, delivery management, and transformation agenda across investment operations supporting public and private market investments.
• Own and manage Delivery P&L while ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth.
• Serve as the senior operational leader and trusted advisor for a large institutional investment cli
ent.• Oversee end-to-end trade lifecycle management, settlements, corporate actions, cash and position reconciliations, and investment operations controls.
• Drive large-scale transformation programs focused on automation, digitization, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.
• Build, scale, and optimize global operating models across onshore, offshore, and nearshore locations.
• Lead knowledge transfer, migration, and transition programs for large operations organizations.
• Partner closely with technology, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver operational efficiency and strategic outcomes.
• Manage senior client relationships and executive governance forums
