Axis Talent Group is placing a Supply Chain Manager for a high-growth consumer products company scaling fast — tripling order volume, moving into a 55,000 sq ft warehouse, and expanding into retail and B2B channels.
This is a rare opportunity for an early-career supply chain professional to own an entire function from day one.
What You'll Own
Supplier and factory relationships, full PO lifecycle from demand signal to delivery, inbound freight decisions across ocean/air/drayage, inventory planning across 285+ SKUs, landed cost modeling, and weekly supply chain reporting to leadership.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years in supply chain, inventory, or purchasing — analyst, coordinator, or similar. A supply chain or operations degree. Someone analytical and solutions-oriented who builds process where none exists and operates without hand-holding. Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus. International sourcing or import experience is a bonus but not required.
Comp & Details
$80,000–$95,000 base + performance bonus tied to KPIs. Full-time, on-site, Hennepin County MN.
