We’re seeking a Manager, Financial Consolidations to lead our global consolidation and reporting process. This is a high-visibility role partnering across Finance, Tax, FP&A, and executive leadership to deliver accurate, timely financial insights and support strategic decision-making. You’ll also lead and develop a small team while driving continuous improvement across the close and reporting cycle.
What You’ll Do
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across global entities.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP (BS, IS, Cash Flow, Equity) and support external reporting.
- Contribute to 10-Q and 10-K filings, including financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and tie-out processes.
- Review consolidated results, deliver variance analysis, and provide clear, executive-level reporting.
- Manage and mentor 2–4 accountants, fostering growth, accountability, and strong execution.
- Oversee general ledger activity, account reconciliations, and SOX 404 compliance across entities.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within the close and consolidation cycle.
- Collaborate with Tax, FP&A, Treasury, and Accounting on initiatives including transfer pricing and legal entity changes.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors on interim and year-end audit activities.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of corporate and/or public accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of global financial consolidations
- Experience supporting SEC reporting (10-Q/10-K)
- OneStream experience is strongly preferred
- Systems experience with Oracle, and/or Workiva is a plus
Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
