We are seeking a driven and strategic IT Director to lead global technology operations and support the continued growth and digital advancement of our organization.
What You'll Do
- Oversee global technology operations and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Ensure compliance with all global and governmental regulations related to cybersecurity, security, and data privacy
- Partner with executive leadership to optimize the use of technology across the organization
- Design and implement strategic IT programs that improve operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Provide technical leadership and collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver digital solutions that strengthen global competitiveness
- Lead the delivery and support of network infrastructure, disaster recovery systems, and business continuity processes
- Oversee operational performance of IT systems and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on root cause analysis and long term solutions
- Support and lead global IT initiatives across SPIROL facilities
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Manufacturing environment experience required; automotive or aerospace industry experience preferred
- 10+ years of experience managing an IT department
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing long term IT strategies and 5 year roadmaps
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Strong problem solving and strategic planning abilities
- Ability to travel globally to SPIROL facilities as needed
