Luna Norte, a growing jewelry brand, is looking for an Operations Support Assistant to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role that supports inventory management, fulfillment, production supplies, workplace organization, and general operational needs across the company.
You'll work closely with our Workplace & Client Solutions Manager while assisting multiple departments, helping ensure our team has the materials, organization, and support needed to succeed.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the workday, takes pride in organization and accuracy, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever help is needed.

Compensation & Schedule
• Pay Scale: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Benefits: Available after 60 days of employment.
• Hours: Monday through Friday. Shift options include 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Job Description & Functions
Inventory, Fulfillment & Production Support
• Organize, count and maintain inventory of jewelry components, packaging materials, office supplies, and operational resources.
• Receive, sort, label, and organize incoming shipments and materials.
• Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, stock replenishment, and inventory organization projects.
• Pull, pack, and prepare customer, wholesale, and internal shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Organize shipping supplies and maintain clean, efficient packing stations.
• Prepare materials and supplies for production teams as needed.
• Assist with labeling, sorting, counting, and staging materials for manufacturing and assembly.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and storage systems to support efficiency across departments.
• Help identify low inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
Workplace & Operations Support
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional workplace.
• Restock office, kitchen, restroom, and shipping department supplies.
• Assist with workspace organization, furniture assembly, and general office upkeep.
• Support special projects and seasonal initiatives.
Team Support
• Provide backup support across departments as needed.
• Communicate effectively regarding inventory, supply needs, and operational priorities.
• Contribute positively to company culture through teamwork, accountability, and reliability.
• Be willing to jump in wherever needed to help keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For
Key Qualities & Experience
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Team player who enjoys hands-on work and staying active throughout the day.
• 1+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, retail, office support, operations, or a related role preferred.
• Basic computer skills including email, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, organize, and perform physical tasks throughout most of the workday.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse, fulfillment, and office environment.
