NOW HIRING – UNDERGROUND UTILITY CONSTRUCTION
Schilling Paradise Corp. is seeking seeking an experienced and safety-focused Haul Truck Driver to support our underground operations. If you take pride in your work, value safety, and enjoy being part of a hardworking team, we'd like to hear from you.
• Haul Truck Drivers
We perform water, sewer, storm drain, and dry utility construction on both public works and private-sector projects throughout San Diego.
Pay Range
$35.00 – $45.00 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
• Operate underground haul trucks safely and efficiently.
• Transport rock, aggregate, and construction materials throughout underground worksites.
• Conduct daily pre-operational inspections and report equipment issues.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and site regulations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members.
• Valid Class A/ CDL non-restricted, 2 years verifiable experience, heavy hauling equipment- backhoes, excavators & loaders
Crane certification a plus
Qualifications
• Previous experience operating haul trucks or heavy equipment in construction environments preferred.
• Valid Class A/ CDL non-restricted, 2 years verifiable experience,
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends when required
• Certifications and licenses applicable to the position are a plus
