IT Support Specialist — Nashville, TN (Hybrid)
About This Opportunity
Lerner Solutions is a leading IT Managed Service Provider delivering exceptional technology support and services to a portfolio of high-profile clients. We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to embed directly within one of our fastest-growing, nationally recognized retail and corporate brands.
This is a high-visibility, people-first role where your ability to connect with people matters just as much as your technical skills. You will be the primary on-the-ground IT presence supporting employees at all levels — including executives — and how you show up in those interactions is just as important as what you fix.
What You'll Do
Answer, resolve, and escalate incoming support tickets across a range of hardware and software issues, including iOS, macOS, ChromeOS, and Windows devices. Resolve conference room A/V setup and connectivity issues. Manage new hire account provisioning and hardware preparation, ensuring a smooth first-day experience. Assist in procuring, configuring, and deploying IT assets including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and accessories. Support office infrastructure projects including equipment moves, desk setups, and floor transitions as needed. Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to standardize support processes and enable faster resolution.
What You Bring
1 to 3 years of technical support or help desk experience with solid hands-on troubleshooting across iOS, macOS, ChromeOS, and Windows devices. At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role — retail, hospitality, client services, or similar. A college degree is not required; relevant experience is what matters. Strong communication skills with the ability to work professionally with executives and employees at all levels. Organized, dependable, and comfortable owning the support experience independently on-site. Deep networking knowledge is not required for this role.
Schedule and Location
Hybrid role based in Nashville, TN. Core in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Mondays and Fridays are remote, with occasional on-site availability as needed.
