Looking for a stable career with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth? MTS is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Clerk to assist our Light Rail Vehicle (LRV) Maintenance Department. Position Overview:

This role supports daily office operations including data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks. You’ll also assist with front desk duties and help keep records organized and accurate.

Responsibilities include:

Data entry and accuracy checks

Filing (electronic and paper records)

Answering phones and assisting visitors

Sorting and distributing mail

General office support tasks

Requirements:

At least 1 year of clerical or office experience

Typing speed of 50 WPM

Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong attention to detail and organization skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid CA driver’s license (or ability to travel as needed)

Pay: Starting at $21.93/hour (up to $27.78/hour)

Schedule: Full-time (may require occasional extended hours)
