Social Media Content Producer
Noyse Group | New York, NY | In-person, full-time
About Noyse
Noyse is a boutique publicity management firm based in NYC. We run social media and PR for a roster of nonprofit and advocacy clients in the Jewish and Israeli space, plus a growing list in tech and real estate. Our work spans Holocaust education, emergency medical, religious leadership, Israeli advocacy, and lifestyle brands.
The Role
We're looking for a Social Media Content Producer to join our social team. This is a hands-on production role. You'll design, write, edit, and deliver content across a portfolio of clients every day, working directly with our VP of Social Media.
You'll own the execution side of social: designing posts in Canva, editing short-form video in CapCut, writing captions in each client's voice, sourcing photo and video assets, and collaborating closely with our team on strategy, calendars, and community management.
Our perfect candidate
A detail-obsessed, research-driven social producer with 3+ years of agency or multi-client experience, daily fluency in Canva, CapCut, and AI tools, sharp writing instincts across multiple brand voices, and genuine curiosity about the Jewish and Israeli space.
What you'll do
- Design social posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and TikTok, working from brand kits and templates in Canva
- Edit short-form video in CapCut for reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
- Write captions and copy in each client's distinct voice
- Research each client deeply (their mission, audience, current campaigns, what's happening in their world right now) and bring post ideas to the table
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, image generation) daily as part of your workflow for ideation, copy, image sourcing, and research
- Source archival and stock imagery, work with client-provided assets, and generate AI imagery when needed
- Stay on top of multiple client calendars in ClickUp and our internal content trackers
- Cover client events in-person occasionally (shooting on phone, going live, interviewing attendees)
Who you are
3+ years post-grad in social media production at an agency or in a fast-paced in-house team. Multi-client or multi-brand experience is required.
Daily, hands-on fluency in Canva and CapCut. Not occasional use, daily use. You should be able to work inside a brand kit without breaking it.
Daily AI fluency. You actively use ChatGPT, Claude, image generation tools, and similar in your workflow. You'll be asked to demonstrate exactly how.
Strong writing instincts. You can write a caption in five different client voices and make each one feel native.
Research depth. You go beyond the homepage. You study a client's feed, their audience, their affiliates, and the news around them before you produce anything.
An eye for detail. You catch the small stuff (a typo, a wrong logo, a year that's outdated, a photo that doesn't fit the client's guardrails) before it goes out.
A team player who wants to grow and learn. We're a small, fast-moving team, and we love working with people who want to expand their skills, take on more over time, and grow with us.
Comfortable working in the Jewish and Israeli space. You don't have to be deeply embedded in the community, but you need to be curious, respectful, and willing to learn fast.
Flexible and responsive. Because we work with clients in the Jewish and Israeli space, the news cycle sometimes requires us to be ready to respond outside of standard hours, including occasional evenings or weekends when something time-sensitive comes up.
In-person, five days a week at our office at 880 3rd Ave, NYC. This is not a hybrid or remote role.
Tools you'll work in daily
Canva, CapCut, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, image generation tools.
What we offer
Competitive salary
Health insurance
Paid time off, including American and Jewish holidays
The chance to work on mission-driven accounts that actually matter
Compensation
$60-80K
