We work with brands across beauty, lifestyle, and consumer goods to drive live commerce, creator partnerships, and TikTok Shop growth. Based in Brooklyn, NY, we are a fast-moving team at the center of where social and commerce meet.
The Role
We are looking for a full-time TikTok Shop Associate to join our growing commerce team. You will be the operational backbone of our TikTok Shop partnerships, working directly with brand clients and creators to execute campaigns, manage shop setups, and hit GMV targets. This is a hands-on role for someone who is deeply familiar with TikTok Shop and wants to grow inside one of the most exciting spaces in e-commerce.
What You Will Do
- Set up and manage TikTok Shop accounts and product listings for brand partners
- Coordinate TAP (TikTok Affiliate Program) campaigns from setup to reporting
- Communicate with brand POCs to collect shop codes, commission structures, and campaign assets
- Track and report on GMV, conversion, and creator performance across active campaigns
- Onboard creators to brand campaigns and manage ongoing communication
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with shop operations, product approvals, and order flow
- Support the team during live shopping events and creator activations
Who You Are
- 1 to 2 years of experience with TikTok Shop, e-commerce, or influencer marketing (agency experience a plus)
- Deeply familiar with how TikTok Shop works from both the brand and creator side
- Strong communicator who can manage multiple brand relationships at once
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in spreadsheets and project management tools
- Bonus: experience with TikTok LIVE, TAP campaigns, or affiliate program management
Compensation
$25 $35 per hour, based on experience
