What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal employees across the country, handling inbound IT support calls and resolving technical issues related to PC, printers, mobile devices, and enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently, documenting all activity within the ServiceNow ticketing system
- Support a high volume call environment with quality and clear communication
What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is up to $20.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
