Line Cook
Location: La Jolla, California
Position Overview
We’re hiring experienced hot and cold line cooks to join our high-volume coastal restaurant in La Jolla. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner with ocean views in a fast-paced but well-organized kitchen focused on consistency and execution.
We are hiring for morning and evening shifts.
Pay & Schedule:
-$21–$25/hr + tip pool (based on experience)
-Part-time, up to 5 shifts per week
-Consistent weekly schedules
-Weekends required
Available Shifts:
-AM: 6:00am–2:30pm
-PM: 2:00pm–10:30pm
Typical days off: Monday & Tuesday
What You’ll Do:
-Execute hot and cold line dishes with consistency and attention to detail
-Work clean, organized, and efficiently during high-volume service
-Maintain food safety, prep, and station organization standards
-Communicate clearly with team and expeditor during service
What We’re Looking For:
-1–3 years of line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen
-Strong knife skills and solid cooking fundamentals
-Ability to stay focused and composed under pressure
-Reliable, team-oriented mindset
