We are hiring a Salon Receptionist for our busy Fantastic Sams salon in Clairemont.
This role will start part-time and potentially transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and direct them to their stylist
• Book and manage client appointments
• Answer phones and assist with client questions
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and salon area
We’re looking for someone who:
• Provides excellent customer service and phone etiquette
• Is organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Works well as part of a supportive team
• Is reliable, punctual, and professional
• Is coachable and receptive to feedback
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems

Cosmetology license is not required.
