Assistant General Manager Qualifications/Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role at a high volume concept
- Proven understanding of FOH operations
- Experience handling labor, financials, scheduling, safety & sanitation, etc.
- High-level leadership and management skills
Assistant General Manager Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Collaborating with GM and/or stepping in to a leadership role when needed
- Ensuring compliance with sanitary and health regulations
- Streamlining the FOH processes to maintain prompt service times
- Working with the EC to develop and maintain the restaurant menu
- Creating schedules for FOH staff
- Assist with monitoring/controlling finances and budgeting
