Reflect Coffee is a mobile coffee trailer serving handcrafted coffee, tea, smoothies, and pastries throughout San Diego County. We launched earlier this year and are looking for someone with the flexibility to join us for pop-up events, as well as more consistent weekly early morning locations.
We're looking for a dependable, positive Coffee Team Member to join our team! This is a part-time role with opportunities to grow as Reflect Coffee grows. Experience is a plus, but the most important thing we’re looking for is the right person: someone who’s kind, motivated, reliable, and excited to make people’s days better. 🌿
What You'll Do ☕
• Provide warm, friendly customer service
• Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently
• Assist with preparing handcrafted beverages and food items with precision and consistency
• Help with setup, cleaning, restocking, and keeping the trailer running smoothly
