CFS Transportation provides non-emergency medical transportation for seniors and individuals with medical needs throughout San Diego County. We are currently hiring full‑time Dispatchers who are organized, calm under pressure, and ready to support our drivers, passengers, and healthcare partners.
To be eligible for this position, you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, be able to pass a Live Scan background check, and be fluent in English and Spanish. You must have at least 2 years of customer service experience. The job requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods, stay organized, work independently, and use a computer, phone, and basic office software.
As a Dispatcher I, your day will include answering calls from drivers, participants, clinics, and healthcare facilities, and helping manage daily transportation needs. You will use routing software to monitor trip progress across a large fleet, track driver locations, and make adjustments when needed. You will confirm, edit, and schedule trips, communicate important updates, and help guide drivers through situations that require dispatch support. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay focused in a fast‑moving office environment.
