The Weekend Retail Associate plays a vital role in the success of our estate sales by delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers, answering questions about merchandise, and helping facilitate price negotiations when appropriate. Weekend Retail Associates are also responsible for maintaining an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales environment by continuously resetting displays, restocking merchandise, and ensuring items remain properly presented throughout the event. Additionally, this role assists with sales operations, customer transactions, and the overall success of each estate sale while representing True Legacy Homes in a professional and customer-focused manner.
