San Diego Brewing Company is looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Food Expeditor to join our fast-paced restaurant team.
As a Food Expeditor, you will play a key role in ensuring food is prepared, organized, and delivered accurately and efficiently from the kitchen to our guests. This position requires someone who thrives in a busy environment, stays organized under pressure, and has excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff
* Ensure food orders are complete, accurate, and presented properly
* Maintain quality standards and ticket accuracy
* Keep the expo line organized and running smoothly
* Assist in creating a positive dining experience for guests
Qualifications:
* Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right person
