Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in New York, NY, for an Executive Assistant. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative and executive support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing expense reports. Responsibilities include professional communication on behalf of executives, maintaining confidential information, handling correspondence, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure efficiency in the organization’s operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Experience in Quickbooks
- Hospitality Experience is a plus
- Experience in managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
- Excellent Communication skills for written and verbal correspondence
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in office software and familiarity with scheduling tools
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field
