Electrical Foreman (Orange County/Riverside/LA Counties)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Foreman to join our team! We specialize in Tenant Improvements, Laboratories, Medical Offices, Retail and Service! Projects now starting!

Responsibilities:
• Adhere to all OSHA and Company Safety guidelines
• Manage installation of electrical systems
• Interface with contractors and customers
• Manage and Train Crew
• Must work well & communicate clearly with other employees, trades & inspectors
• Uphold the exceptional reputation of the company by maintaining a professional attitude & overall jobsite
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Current Journeyman card (PREFERRED)
• Certifications: OSHA 30/First Aid/Arc Flash/Ariel Lift/Lockout Tagout (PREFERRED)
• 2-3 years Leadman/Foreman experience
• 3 years’ experience in commercial tenant improvements
• Previous experience in electrical field management, material ordering, scheduling & inspections
• Proficient with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
• Extensive knowledge of current NEC codes
• Competent with electrical equipment and hand tools
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Good leadership skills
• Ability to work from heights on ladders, scissor and boom lifts
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform manually taxing tasks
• Clean DMV record/Valid Driver’s License
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation
