Operations Lead
JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Lead is responsible for the departmental organization, work distribution & coordination of the day-to-day work plan. This role will focus on responsibilities for the Value-Added Services (VAS) department with responsibilities in coordinating with customer service & our clients accordingly. This lead position will follow established procedures to ensure the completion & accuracy of orders according to customer guidelines, directives & priorities. Responsible for contributing to warehouse safety, assignment accuracy, productivity levels, and facility maintenance. Follow Standard Operating Procedures & KPI’s that maximize load management efficiency. Assist with execution, organization & troubleshooting orders, to ensure vendor guides.
Utilizes available vas tools and systems for tracking, auditing, billing and reporting. Expected to provide support to other department & shifts in the operation when applicable.

Review and organize orders / tickets / labels in preparation for VAS requirements
Monitor & plan for Cancel & pick up dates to ensure on time completion.
Audit teams’ production to ensure accuracy of all completed orders in accordance with VAS guides
Provide accurate & timely billing documentation to CS
Understand the utilization of Bartender, Excel and necessary tools to execute VAS tasks
Communicate with customers service department to provide solutions on client’s requests
Provides support to other departments in the operation when the workload requires it
Requirements, Skills & Abilities include but not limited to:

Operates various pieces of equipment (pallet jack, handheld scanner, desktop computer, scale,etc)

Attention to detail
Basic ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, English and Spanish
Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication)
Basic computer skills (keyboard; emails, opening, closing, and saving documents)
Must be able to bend and lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet for the entire shift.
Must be able and willing to frequently bend, squat, twist, push/pull to retrieve inventory and packing items throughout the shift
Must be able to work on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours a day.
Exhibited good job performance and behavior as measured through indicators such as teamwork, attendance, quality, and productivity, etc.
Must be flexible with scheduling, work overtime as business dictates.
Must have good attendance and no disciplinary warning notices in the previous 3 months.
