Overview

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities on the assembly line to meet production goals.
- Lead and motivate a team of operators, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including proper use of forklift and power tools, to maintain a safe working environment.
- Oversee inventory management within the warehouse, including the safe operation of forklifts and hand tools for material handling.
- Conduct quality checks on products and assembly processes to uphold manufacturing standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure machinery operates smoothly.
- Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and safety documentation to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience
- Proven factory experience within a manufacturing facility, with hands-on knowledge of assembly lines and manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with familiarity in using hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and warehouse equipment.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations related to manufacturing operations and warehouse activities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate across departments.

Pay: $37.55 - $45.00 per hour
