What You’ll Do
As a Carpenter, you will assist with repair, remodeling, restoration, and general construction projects. This role requires hands-on experience, the ability to follow scopes of work and floor plans, and the ability to complete work efficiently and professionally.
Primary Responsibilities
• Perform carpentry, repair, remodeling, and general construction work
• Install and repair flooring, cabinetry, drywall, baseboards, trim, doors, and windows
• Complete framing, finish carpentry, and punch list items as needed
• Read and interpret scopes of work, floor plans, and job instructions
• Measure, cut, install, and finish materials accurately
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
• Communicate professionally with managers, office staff, customers, and team members
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and project timelines
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition
• Work independently or as part of a team depending on project needs
Qualifications
• Experience in carpentry, construction, remodeling, restoration, or property repairs
• Experience with multiple trades, including flooring, cabinetry, drywall, trim, framing, doors, and windows
• Ability to read and interpret scopes of work and floor plans
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and organized
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
• Reliable transportation required
• Must have basic tools for the trade
• Ability to lift materials, work on ladders, and perform physical jobsite duties as needed
