We are currently looking for a dependable and motivated laborer who is willing to learn, take initiative, and grow into a leadership role within the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
Job site support and general cleanup
Material pickups and job site deliveries
Assist skilled trades on-site
Take photos of job progress
Ensure paperwork is completed accurately
Help prepare material lists for projects
Assist in organizing workflow on-site
Report daily accomplishments
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Requirements:
Decent driving record
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Willingness to learn construction skills
Basic leadership skills or leadership potential
Ability to take direction and eventually supervise small tasks or crews
Interest in advancing into a skilled trade or leadership position
Open to occasional overtime
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must keep job sites clean and organized at all times
Willingness to travel to project locations (reimbursement will be paid per mileage)
Previous construction experience preferred

We are seeking reliable and experienced tradesmen to work under a licensed general contractor on residential and commercial construction projects throughout San Diego County.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Drywall installation and repair
Stucco work
Framing
Finish carpentry
Flooring installation
General construction and remodeling
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of construction experience
Ability to work at various job sites in San Diego
Comfortable communicating in basic English
Ability to complete daily timesheets accurately
Must arrive prepared with the tools necessary to perform assigned work
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel to project locations (reimbursement will be paid per mileage)
Job Details:
Pay: $23–$28 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Overtime available for hours worked over 40 per week
Work assigned and managed by a licensed general contractor
Job sites vary by location and scope of work
