Position Overview
A Director, Brand Marketing who thrives in an in-house, multi-brand environment to join the team in St. Louis, MO. This is someone who knows how to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution and can lead brands from idea to impact across channels. This role is about driving revenue, shaping brand futures, and making data-backed decisions that actually move the needle.

• You’ll work in-house, close to the business, customers, and outcomes.
• You’ll lead go-to-market strategies that connect brand, product, sales, and consumer insight
into one powerful engine.

• Own and drive marketing objectives that fuel growth across a multi-brand portfolio
• Translate brand vision into clear strategies, actionable plans, and standout execution
• Lead cross-functional go-to-market launches that build awareness, acquisition, and
retention
• Ensure brand consistency and excellence across all channels and touchpoints
• Use consumer insights, data, and analytics to measure ROI, optimize spend, and sharpen
strategy
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing brand marketing team against KPIs and long
term goals
- Collaborate with internal partners and select agency teams to create demand and competitive advantage
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and white-space opportunities to shape future
pipelines
What You'll Need
• Non-Negotiable - This role requires in-house brand leadership experience. Agency experience is a plus—but owning brands day-to-day, balancing multiple priorities, and driving outcomes from the inside is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 7+ years of brand marketing experience within a CPG organization, with meaningful in-house experience supporting multiple brands
• 3+ years of people leadership experience
• Proven success leading brands across B2B and DTC channels
• Strong track record developing brand strategies and executing integrated marketing
programs
• Deep expertise in consumer insights, brand analytics, and go-to-market execution
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functionally
