What You'll Do
Lead and develop a high-performing FOH team
Drive exceptional guest experiences and service standards
Manage daily operations, staffing, and shift execution
Handle guest relations and problem-solving with confidence
Support sales, labor, and operational goals
Help maintain the fun, energetic culture we're known for
What We're Looking For
2+ years of restaurant management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
High-volume restaurant experience preferred
Passion for hospitality, food, cocktails, and team culture
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
