What You’ll Do
Perform scheduled cleanings for vacant residential properties across San Diego
Complete both standard and deep cleaning tasks (with checklists provided)
Maintain kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and office areas to BridgeHaus standards
Represent the BridgeHaus brand with professionalism in every client interaction
Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and the team
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and pride in providing high-quality service
Reliable time management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and follow directions
Professional appearance and demeanor
A smartphone with GPS and text capabilities
Reliable transportation to travel locally
English fluency required (Spanish a plus!)

Background check required
Must be at least 18 years of age

Pay starting at $17.75 - $20 per hour
