Seeking a motivated, self-driven field representative to secure and manage post-construction cleaning projects.
Compensation:
- 10% commission per project (includes securing and managing the job)
- Monthly Performance Stipend:
*** 1 project: $600
*** 2–4 projects: $1,000
*** 5–9 projects: $1,500
*** 10+ projects: $2,000
Monthly Earnings Example:
If you secure 4 projects totaling $38,000 in monthly sales:
- Commission (10%): $3,800
- Stipend (2–4 projects tier): $1,000
- Total Monthly Earnings: $4,800
Schedule & Work Structure:
This is a fully self-managed, independent role. You are responsible for setting, maintaining, and executing your own schedule and working days. Most construction activity occurs during standard industry hours (approximately 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday), and availability during these hours is strongly recommended to effectively reach contractors, site supervisors, and decision-makers.
Daily Reporting Requirement:
This role requires consistent daily communication with our office.
Each workday, you must:
- Check in with the office
- Provide a summary of activities completed
- Submit required daily reporting forms documenting outreach, site visits, and progress
*** This ensures accountability, transparency, and proper coordination with operations.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with general contractors and project managers
- Secure new post-construction cleaning projects
- Manage projects from start to completion
- Represent the company professionally in the field
