FOR IMMEDITE HIRE - In our SERVICE DEPARTMENT, we need a Full-Time, Monday - Friday Customer Service Advisor Representative.
WHO WE ARE:
We are a small, family-owned company that has been in business for many years, solid and stable. We sell and service hot tubs, swim spas, cold plunges and saunas all over San Diego County. Our main line is Hot Spring hot tubs. Hot Spring is a global brand that happens to be manufactured right here in San Diego County, sold through a network of hundreds of dealers around the world. WHO WE NEED:
Because of our ongoing business growth, we need to add another great, full-time team member in our SERVICE DEPARTMENT. You will be answering incoming phone calls, returning voicemails and making outbound calls for scheduling, follow-through, etc., with extensive customer interaction.
It's a big plus if you have service industry experience in this arena, but you will be learning as you go. Please have at least a basic level of understanding electrical & mechanical systems / dispatch & scheduling and the knowledge of the San Diego area layout.
It will be absolutely necessary for you to be DEPENDABLE with an ON-TIME work ethic. You will need to be COURTEOUS to our valued customers and UNDERSTANDING of their needs with a VERY POSITIVE PHONE MANNER. There is some face-to-face interaction as well.
You will be able to effectively learn and apply established procedures as that makes things go sooo much more smoothly.
Also, a great sense of humor is an absolute requirement ~(:^)
