This is an up 40 hour per week contract position. You must be in Texas to be considered.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Remote IT Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, as well as excellent customer service skills. In this role, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.
You may also be required to go onsite as needed to local customers in the area.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Document all support interactions
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Occasional onsite work in the Austin, TX metropolitan area.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in computer science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT support
- Comfortable working in a variety of customer environments and context switching.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software for both Windows and Mac.
- Expertise with SaaS Platforms including Office 365, G-Suite, Salesforce.com
- Hosted Cloud Platform experience with Azure, AWS and GCP.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
