AnQi Bistro is looking for passionate, polished, and hospitality-driven Bartenders and Servers to join our growing team.
Located inside South Coast Plaza, AnQi is part of the House of An restaurant group, known for modern Asian cuisine, elevated service, signature cocktails, and a strong wine program. We are looking for team members who love food, cocktails, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, stylish restaurant environment.
Positions Available
Bartender
Compensation: $16.90/hour + tips
We are looking for a bartender who can bring personality, speed, organization, and creativity behind the bar.
Ideal candidates should have:
Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant
Strong cocktail, wine, beer, and spirit knowledge
Ability to multitask while maintaining warm guest interaction
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude, professionalism, and pride in hospitality
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Experience with craft cocktails and wine service is a plus
Server
Compensation: $16.90/hour + tips
We are looking for servers who are confident, warm, and guest-focused, with the ability to guide guests through our food, cocktail, and wine offerings.
Ideal candidates should have:
Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a restaurant setting
Upscale casual or fine dining experience preferred
Strong food, wine, and cocktail knowledge
Excellent communication and sales skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Professional appearance and positive energy
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Experience with OpenTable, Toast, or similar POS/reservation systems is a plus
