Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop detailed, realistic, and comprehensive plans th support organizional objectives, effectively allocing resources and time across groups or departments
- Fiscal and budgetary management of housekeeping operions including creing and maintaining departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial reports as needed; reviewing and approving purchases for the department
- Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping and Laundry department to include approprie cleaning of all public areas as well as guest rooms.
- Provides supervision to Laundry pack members and ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of the operion
- Participe and collabore on cross-functional teams in order to effectively coordine resort activities
- Monitor, manage and respond to guest comments and proactively addressing guest comments with operional resolutions
- Conduct investigive actions with guests, where necessary, for guest service and liability claims, ensure customer requests are handled in a timely and professional manner
- Develop, implement, and monitor schedules for the housekeeping operion and manage staffing process to ensure approprie levels of resourcing to maintain efficient operions
- Manages room expeditor software program (REX) in order to maintain maximum efficiency of inventory management
- Participes in the Manager-On-Duty (MOD) program and executes duties
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluing team member performance against standards
- Plan and implement staff training and development programs within the department
- Monitors quality assurance program for lodge
- Review accuracy of nightly housekeeping reports and investiges discrepancies
- Serve on resort Executive Committee to represent the interests of the housekeeping function
- Enforce policies and procedures; maintain a working knowledge of general and departmental safety procedures. Attends safety training programs and in-service educion as required
- Develops, implements, and monitors programs th assure a safe facility and work environment th is in compliance with all approprie regulions-Ergonomics, Emergency Responses, Injury and Illness Prevention, and Hazard Communicions Programs
- Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment; makes arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment
- Conducts inventory of housekeeping supplies for submission to the proper point of contact
- Ensures housekeeping activity and physical areas stocked, organized and are compliant with all safety and environmental health processes, procedures and regulions
- Oversees the safe management of the Lost and Found, verifying proper record keeping and safety of items
Required Qualificions & Skills
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience creing and maintaining documents with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Minimum of 3 years experience supervising/managing large housekeeping department
- Minimum of 5 years hotel or resort experience

Estimed Salary Range:
$110000 - $120000 annual base salary
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant educion, qualificions, certificions, experience, skills, seniority, geographic locion, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizional needs. The range listed is just one component of Gre Wolf’s total compension package. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and other perks.
