Position Overview
A-Absolute Construction Welding Inc. is excited to announce that we are on the hunt for motivated, skilled, and ambitious individuals to join our growing shop and field teams. If you're an experienced, CERTIFIED (AWS, FCAW, NR-232) welder who can take direction we want to hear from you. This position is not for beginners or uncertified workers.
Key Responsibilities
• A minimum of 3 years welding experience
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints a plus
• Fabrication experience a plus but not required
• Consistent, clean, and presentable welds (you will be tested)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies
• Attention to detail is critical
Must Have:
• AWS FCAW NR-232 certifications
• Reading blueprints is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to prove your welding ability during an in-person test
• Send welding certs along with resume if you have one. Otherwise email your certs and qualifications
