We're looking for a dependable and organized Part-Time HR Bilingual Helper to assist our Human Resources team with day-to-day tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and wants experience in an office/HR setting.
What You'll Do:
Assist with employee file management and recordkeeping
Support Onboarding and Offboarding processes
Help schedule interviews and meetings
Support the HR team with administrative tasks
Respond to basic employee inquiries and route questions appropriately
Assist with data entry and HR reports
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications:
Bilingual English / Spanish
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency with Google Workspace
Prior H.R. experience needed
