Learn customer preferences and recommend products that fit their needs
Educate customers on devices, flavors, accessories and product features
Increase customer satisfaction through smart recommendations and product pairing
Drive higher sales through consultative selling and upselling opportunities
Operate POS system and process transactions accurately
Verify IDs and maintain strict compliance with all age verification requirements
Maintain, clean displays and keep inventory fully stocked
Keep the store organized, clean, and professional
Stay knowledgeable about new products and industry trends
Contribute to team sales goals and store performance
