Role Overview
We’re hiring a
Manager / Senior Manager – Finance (Separation and M&A Integration)
to drive end-to-end financial support across acquisitions, integrations, and separations for a leading organization.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and support
M&A financial due diligence
, including analysis of QoE, working capital, and cash flows
- Assist in
transaction structuring
from a finance and accounting perspective
- Partner with external advisors, auditors, and consultants throughout deal execution
- Drive
post-merger integration (PMI)
across financial reporting, close processes, chart of accounts, and accounting policies
- Align
ERP systems, financial processes, and internal controls
across acquired entities
- Ensure timely
consolidation and reporting
of acquired businesses
- Monitor integration milestones, risks, and issue resolution
Lead and support and execute
separation / carve-out activities
including:
- Financial stand-up of carved-out entities
- TSA (Transition Services Agreement) tracking and exit readiness
- Separation of financial systems, processes, and reporting structures
- Opening balance sheet preparation and standalone financial readiness
- Ensure compliance with
IFRS / US GAAP
and strengthen internal controls post-transaction
- Support audits, including
purchase price allocation (PPA)
and opening balance sheet reviews
- Oversee accounting for
goodwill, intangibles, and intercompany transactions
- Track and deliver
synergy targets (cost & revenue)
and support integration business cases
- Build and manage
post-acquisition forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis
- Partner with FP&A to ensure accurate tracking of integration impacts
- Provide
strategic insights and executive-level reporting
to leadership
- Act as a key
finance liaison
across Corporate Development, Accounting, Tax, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations
- Drive collaboration across global teams in complex, multi-entity environments
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has
5–10 years of experience
in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or Corporate Finance
- Brings strong hands-on experience in
M&A transactions, post-merger integration, and separations/carve-outs
- Has deep knowledge of
financial reporting, consolidation, and accounting standards
- Has experience with
ERP and financial systems integration
- Can manage
complex, multi-stakeholder projects
in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrates strong
analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
- CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent
- Experience in
manufacturing or industrial environments
- Exposure to
cross-border M&A transactions
