General Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable individual to join our warehouse team at Elemental. As a Production & Logistics Associate, you will be responsible for operating laser engraving and printing equipment to customize water bottles and tumblers with company logos, while also handling shipping logistics, order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping operations.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Load and unload shipments safely
Operate and maintain production equipment, including laser engraving and printing machines
Inspect, clean, and prepare products before packaging
Coordinate shipping logistics, including calling and emailing shipping carriers such as FedEx
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately
Organize and manage warehouse inventory
Utilize computer systems and software efficiently
Work with platforms such as Shopify, Faire, and Amazon Seller Central
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines
Assist with additional warehouse and production tasks as needed
Requirements
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Machine operation, laser engraving, or printing experience is a plus
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
Basic computer literacy required
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Works well in a team environment with a positive attitude
Forklift certification is a plus
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
