Position: Wood Finisher
Location: Garden Grove, CA
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (DOE)
Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Overtime: Available and expected as needed
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Wood Finisher to join our team in Garden Grove. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing, staining, painting, sealing, and finishing wood products while maintaining high-quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to producing exceptional finished products.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare wood surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and inspecting materials.
Apply stains, paints, lacquers, varnishes, and other finishing materials.
Operate spray equipment and finishing tools safely and efficiently.
Mix finishing materials according to specifications.
Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous wood finishing experience required.
Experience with spray guns, stains, lacquers, and sealers preferred.
Ability to read and follow work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
