HG Home Services is hiring experienced HVAC Technicians and HVAC Installers to join our growing team in Orange County. We are looking for motivated, reliable, and skilled professionals with 2–5 years of experience in residential and light commercial HVAC work.

Position Responsibilities:
Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
Residential and light commercial service/installations
Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
Communicate professionally with customers
Maintain accurate job notes and paperwork
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Requirements:
2–5 years HVAC experience required
Experience with residential and light commercial systems
EPA Certification preferred
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to lift equipment and work in attics/crawlspaces when needed
