Super Dumpling (Chinese Restaurant) in Orange County is hiring an experienced Dumpling / Pastry Chef.
We are looking for someone skilled in handmade dumplings, especially Xiao Long Bao.
Requirements:
Must know how to hand-wrap Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings)
Experience making dumplings and wontons from scratch
Able to prepare dough and fillings independently
Fast, consistent wrapping skills
Clean, responsible, team-oriented
Weekend availability preferred
Job Duties:
Prepare dough and fillings daily
Hand-wrap dumplings (XLB, potstickers, wontons)
Maintain production quality and consistency
Keep work station clean and organized
Pay: $24-30
