And it’s NOT just nonstop heavy labor washing cars either.

The biggest commission opportunities right now are rim touch-ups and paint protection upgrades.
Most rim touch-ups only take around 2–5 minutes per rim.
That means:
👉 less physical labor
👉 faster turnaround
👉 more volume
👉 bigger tickets
👉 more commission opportunities
You’ll still help with waterless hand washes, but the reps making the most money know how to:
👉 talk confidently with customers
👉 recommend upgrades naturally
👉 pitch services without sounding pushy
👉 move fast under pressure
You’ll also:
• serve hand crafted beverages to clients
• interact with customers all day
• stay active and moving
• work high-traffic locations with nonstop opportunity

Requirements:
• Must have your own vehicle
• Must be comfortable traveling between regions depending on the week
• Must be able to work outdoors + stay moving
• Must be reliable, coachable, and good with people
