We are looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to help our commercial real estate acquisitions team find and submit multifamily and commercial real estate opportunities.
This is a remote, commission-based opportunity for someone who is comfortable making calls, sending emails, following simple scripts, and speaking with real estate agents and brokers.
You do not need to be a licensed real estate agent.
You do not need to go door knocking.
You do not need to chase random off-market sellers.
We actually encourage you to start with on-market multifamily and commercial properties that are already listed for sale. Your role is to contact agents, gather basic deal information, and submit potential opportunities to our team for review.
If you also find an off-market seller opportunity, that may qualify for additional bonus compensation if the deal closes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You will be helping us source commercial real estate deals, mostly multifamily properties, by reaching out to agents and brokers.
Your daily tasks may include:
Calling and emailing listing agents
Asking basic property questions
Requesting rent rolls, income, expenses, and terms
Submitting deal information on a webform
Following up with agents
Using our scripts and templates
Tracking your activity and deal submissions
What We Provide:
We provide simple scripts, basic training, email templates, lead guidance, and deal review support. You will not be left guessing what to say or how to submit a deal.
This is not a traditional course or membership. This is a real commercial acquisition system where we are looking for serious people who want to help us find real opportunities.

Commercial real estate experience is helpful but not required. We are more interested in someone who is reliable, consistent, and willing to learn.
Compensation:
This is a performance-based independent contractor role. You are not being hired as an employee.
If a deal you submit is accepted, closes, and funds, you may be paid according to our VA compensation agreement.
Off-market direct-to-seller deals may qualify for additional bonus compensation.
No income is guaranteed. Results depend on your effort, consistency, deal quality, market conditions, and whether submitted deals actually close.
