💵 Pay: $17.00/hr
🕙 Schedule: Night Shift | 8:30 PM Start | 5 Shifts per Week | Weekends & Holidays Required
🍞 About the Job
• Crema Artisan Bakers is hiring night packers to help package our fresh breads, pastries, and desserts for next-day delivery.
• We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
🧁 Responsibilities
• Arrive on time & communicate any delays.
• Count, package and label baked goods accurately.
• Maintain product quality and cleanliness.
• Follow all food safety & allergen procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Stay informed on all company and department communications.
🧺 Requirements
• Available night shifts, weekends & holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Can stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout shift.
• Basic English reading & math skills.
• Dependable, efficient, and team-oriented.
• Fast-paced, hands-on work with frequent movement, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
⚙️ Preferred Skills
• Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish strongly preferred.
