What You Will Do
- Develop original, high-conviction investment theses in healthcare where AI-native businesses can create outsized commercial and clinical outcomes.
- Source and recruit top 1% founding talent, convincing elite entrepreneurs to partner with the platform to build generational companies.
- Serve as the primary interface for portfolio founders, delivering strategic leverage in go-to-market acceleration, fundraising, and governance through launch.
The ideal candidate
- Brings 10+ years of experience in venture capital or company building with a deep track record in pre-seed to Series A healthcare investing.
- Possesses an established network across the VC and healthcare operator ecosystems with the ability to identify exceptional leadership talent early.
- Demonstrates high AI fluency, utilizing advanced workflows to evaluate AI-native business models and automate complex market synthesis tasks.
