# Kitchen & Bath Showroom Sales Associate

Prefab Granite Depot is a well-established kitchen and bath remodeling showroom specializing in cabinets, countertops, slabs, and remodeling services. We are looking for a motivated and reliable **Kitchen & Bath Showroom Sales Associate** to help customers with kitchen and bath projects, prepare quotes, follow up with leads, and close sales.
We prefer someone who already has experience in kitchen and bath, cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, home improvement, remodeling, construction materials, interior design, or showroom sales. We are looking for someone who is comfortable talking to customers, following up, preparing quotes, and working in a sales environment.
This is a good opportunity for someone who wants a stable base pay plus commission opportunity and room to grow with an established company.
## Responsibilities
* Help showroom customers with cabinets, countertops, slabs, and remodeling selections
* Prepare quotes and estimates for customers
* Follow up with leads, open quotes, and past customers
* Enter customer information and notes into the CRM
* Track customer status and next follow-up steps
* Answer customer questions and help move jobs forward
* Communicate with office, warehouse, installers, and management
* Help schedule measurements, selections, deliveries, and installations
* Keep the showroom clean, organized, and professional
* Work with designers, contractors, homeowners, and walk-in customers
* Help increase sales and improve customer service
## Requirements
* Sales experience required
* Experience in kitchen and bath, cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, remodeling, construction, home improvement, furniture, appliance, or showroom sales preferred
* Must be comfortable talking to customers and following up by phone, text, and email
* Must be organized and able to keep customer notes updated
* Computer, email, CRM, or quoting software experience is a plus
* Must be reliable, professional, and punctual
* Must be available to work Saturdays
* Must have a positive attitude and be willing to follow company systems
## Compensation
* Base pay: **$2,900–$3,500 per month, depending on experience**
* Plus commission opportunity on eligible collected sales after training
* Full-time position with growth opportunity
